Fagan, Bernard J (1993) Irish factory workers and their orientation : a case study. Masters thesis, Concordia University.
Based on interviews with 121 Dublin workers in a food processing plant about their attitudes toward work, their fellow workers, the company and the union. Results showed that pay was not their foremost concern.
