Jin, Kan (1995) Optimal routing and dimensioning for private telecommunication networks. Masters thesis, Concordia University.
Focuses on the case where the links of a network are leased from a communication carrier such as the facilities of the public telephone network, and the overflow traffic on each link of the network can be transported by the third party carrier. Uses a flow deviation approach to solve routing and capacity allocation problems.
