The title page must be set up as per sample in Thesis Preparation Booklet at http://graduatestudies.concordia.ca/documents/publications/graduatehandbooks/thesispreparationguide.pdf
The second page must be a blank signature page with no signatures but with names of examiners listed. Page iii must be the abstract, also set up as per sample in Booklet.
