The title page of your thesis and the abstract must follow thesis guidelines as shown at
http://graduatestudies.concordia.ca/documents/publications/graduatehandbooks/thesispreparationguide.pdf

Also, the signature page must contain names of examiners but not signatures. I will send you the page by separate email. Thank you. Sharon
