As per your checklist, please make the following correction:  Signature page should appear after title page; Abstract must be page iiii and delete MA, 2016 from that page; Acknowledgement must appear after Abstract and numbered page iv; Table of Contents must be numbered page v.  Introduction starts page 1.  These must be corrected and uploaded again ASAP so that I can process you for graduation. Thank you
