There can be no header (Jesse Stone 2018) on any of the pages.
Title page must be set up as per sample in Thesis Guide at  http://www.concordia.ca/content/dam/sgs/docs/handbooks/thesispreparationguide.pdf
Signature page must contain names of examiners without their signatures.
Title page and signature page must not have page numbers . Abstract begins the pagination with page iii First page of thesis is page 1.
