Abstract
This qualitative research is about the representation of dreams through drawing in a small group for a period of ten consecutive weeks. The exploration of the dreamwork is illustrated through the process of one participant wick suffers from recurrent nightmares. The function of integration and the role of the dominant emotion of the dream becomes particularly apparent in these nightmares. This study shows not only the contribution of the group in the effectiveness of the process, but also the strong connection existing between the dream and the drawing, connexion that facilitate the work around the dream. Throughout this study, the dream image is approached through the dreamer's own associations, the comments of the participants, the formal analysis of the drawing and through the metaphors that emerge from it.
