For Faculty and Researchers
For Faculty and Researchers
Faculty and, by extension, researchers at Concordia University, including professors, librarians, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows, are encouraged to develop open-access plans to make their research freely available to benefit their respective publics and research communities.
Peer-reviewed research, including accepted manuscripts from the referred academic journals, conference proceedings, or university press books, is especially encouraged. Research outputs and processes may take various forms, including technical reports, writing for the general public, conference papers, data sets, and videos, and can be part of the scholarly record. Start with the Articles and More Checklist. You may also want to learn about the benefits of ORCID for researchers, embargoes, and the Non-Exclusive Licence, which you will agree to upon deposit, as well as creative commons licences. Finally, when ready, login and learn how to navigate the Spectrum interface for your document type.
