For Graduate Students
For Graduate Students
Graduate students make new research openly available for the benefit of society, which also increases visibility to their work. While those in thesis programs must deposit their theses, students in approved programs may deposit their graduate projects (non-thesis). As researchers, graduate students may also consider depositing articles and more.
Start with the appropriate checklist, either the Thesis Deposit Checklist or the Graduate Projects (Non-Thesis) Checklist. Double-check formatting and ensure PDF/A compliance as part of preparing your document. You may also want to learn about the benefits of ORCID for researchers, embargoes, and re-read the appropriate non-exclusive licence, which you will agree to upon deposit. Finally, when ready, login and learn how to navigate the Spectrum interface for your document type.
