Abstract
Concordia University Libraries face many challenges as they embark on a project to implement an Electronic Reserves module, allowing students to download files submitted by Faculty directly from to its Web Catalogue. Issues arising from this new online service are analyzed using the Work-Centered Analysis Method and lessons are derived to guide fellow institutions wishing to reach their virtual patrons.
