Abstract
The subject of this paper correlates the content of the social system in the context of its natural environment. Ecopolitcs combines ecology and polity: the former in its holistic and the latter in its cybernetic sense. This distinction emphasizes the interrelation and interaction between the natural and cultural aspects of public affairs.
