Abstract
RÉSUMÉ
Le processus de la performance en drama-thérapie pour explorer le sens de la vie et de la mort pour des adultes dans le trajet de fin de vie au Québec
Ce document est une recherche théorique philosophique qui examine la question : le processus de la performance en drama-thérapie peut-il constituer une exploration convenable du sens de la vie et de la mort pour des adultes dans le trajet de fin de vie au Québec ? Plusieurs chercheurs soulignent que les personnes avec une espérance de vie limitée ont éprouvent le besoin de donner du sens à leur histoire personnelle et, pour certaines, à leur dernière étape de vie. Le processus de la performance en drama-thérapie est un canal potentiel pour créer des significations, un possible chemin de transformation, de révélations, d’expression, un éventuel pont donnant accès à de nouvelles perspectives et un seuil pour possiblement engager les autres dans l’univers du créateur(trice). Il pourrait constituer un processus thérapeutique pour explorer le sens de la vie et de la mort, afin d’enrichir l’expérience du trajet de fin de vie. Ce document analyse les différentes circonstances qui entourent les personnes en fin de vie au Québec, ainsi que la quête de sens qui émerge quand un être humain est confronté à l’annonce de l’arrivée de sa mort dans un court délai. La finalité est de considérer toutes ces informations afin d’examiner le processus de la performance comme une possible moyen thérapeutique d’accompagnement dans la transition vers la mort.
ABSTRACT
The performance process in drama therapy to explore the meaning of life and death for adults in the end-of-life journey in Quebec.
This philosophical theoretical research analyzes the question: Could the performance process in drama therapy provide an appropriate exploration of the meaning of life and death for adults in the end-of-life journey in Quebec? Many researchers point out that people with limited life expectancy need to make sense of their personal story and, for some, their last stage of life too. The process of performance in drama therapy is a potential channel for creating meanings, a possible path of transformation, revelation, expression, a possible bridge to new perspectives, and a possible open door for engaging others in the universe of the creator. It could be a therapeutic process to explore the meaning of life and death, to enrich the experience of the end-of-life journey. This document analyzes the different circumstances that surround people at the end of their lives in Quebec and the quest for meaning that emerges when a human being confronts the announcement of their imminent death. The purpose of this research is to consider all this information in order to examine the process of performance as a potentially therapeutic accompaniment to the transition to death.

El proceso de la performance en drama-terapia como medio para explorar el sentido de la vida y de la muerte dirigido a personas adultas en el trayecto de fin de vida en Quebec.
Este documento es una investigación teórica filosófica que examina la pregunta: ¿el proceso de la performance en drama-terapia, puede ser una exploración del sentido de la vida y de la muerte conveniente para las personas adultas en el trayecto de fin de vida en Quebec? Muchos investigadores(ras) consideran que las personas con una esperanza de vida limitada tienen la necesidad de darle un sentido a su historia personal y para algunas también a su última etapa de vida. El proceso de la performance en drama-terapia es un posible canal para crear sentido, un probable camino de transformación, revelaciones, expresión, un puente factible para vislumbrar nuevas perspectivas y una posible puerta para comprometer a los otros al universo del creador(dora). Él podría ser también un proceso terapéutico para explorar el sentido de la vida y de la muerte con el fin de enriquecer la experiencia del trayecto de fin de vida. Este documento analiza las diferentes circunstancias que se encuentran alrededor de las personas en la última etapa de vida en Quebec así como la búsqueda de sentido que emerge cuando un ser humano se confronta al anuncio de su muerte, pronosticada en un futuro próximo. La finalidad de esta investigación es de considerar todas estas informaciones con el objetivo de examinar el proceso de la performance como posible medio terapéutico de acompañamiento en la transición hacia la muerte.
