Abstract
We study an analogue of Weils reciprocity law for flat conical conformal metrics on compact Riemann surfaces. We give a survey of
Troyanov’s paper concerning flat conical metrics. The main result of
this thesis establishes a relation among three flat conformally equivalent metric with conical singularities.
