Abstract

ACTIVITISE is a neologism and a live event that may have something to do with stand up comedy.

Miscellaneous endeavours (floating . unfinished . fictitious)
Occurrences (unsettling the imagination)
Unreasonable initiatives (technical.administrative standards disturbed.infiltrated)

– adventures, perhaps.

As soon as someone or something activitises, stories would appear which would be staged, recounted and shared using images, objects and digital medias. An inquiry into how we look – or do not look – at things.

a very long chat > une étude de l'imaginable is an incomplete and imperfect transcription of a conversation which took place for three years between (année) and (année) in an unknown place isolated from everyday business — a submarine for example. Those who took part in this very long chat were present in that submarine, whether they will admit it or not, and the talking was luxuriant. Someone who we will refer to as the scribe took upon themselves to write down everything that was said during the conversation. Nul doute que l’immense difficulté de cette tâche presque absurde est à l’origine des quelques inaccuracies, fautes de frappe, erreurs dans les noms et dans les termes, bavures, ratures and missing parts. L’assemblage que voici est composé de morceaux rafistolés pouvant sembler confus, disparates et se prêtant à une lecture désordonnée.
